Travel Documents
Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All travel documents are non-transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder; some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. Any errors in names on Customer documentation will be Customer’s responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is Customer’s responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.
Price
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control, which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up-to-date prices.
Cancellation & Refund Fees
Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Please check with Customer consultant if the fare is refundable, as not all fares can be refunded. Fees will apply to all refundable tickets. Our administration fee is a minimum Rs 500.00 and more per ticket plus any airline cancellation fees. Refunds take approximately 12 weeks to process. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee for any booking cancelled by Customer, Customer agrees to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.
Change & Reissue Fees
Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are reissued. Please check with the Customer consultant whether the fare is changeable, as not all fares can be changed. Fees will apply to all changeable fares. Our administration fee is Rs 300.00 and more per ticket, per change plus any airline charges. Where we incur any liability for a charge or reissue for any booking, the Customer agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.
Taxes
Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
Agency
Fare Deal Trip as a travel agent only. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers. The sole obligation of Fare Deal Trip Travel is to make travel bookings on Customer behalf with travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitation of liability imposed by these service providers. Customer legal recourse is against the specific provider, not Fare Deal Trip Travel. If, for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which Customer have contracted, Customer remedy lies against the provider not Fare Deal Trip Travel.
Liability
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly, by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
Frequent Flyers
Please advise Customer travel consultant Customer frequent flyer details. Customer consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for Customer booking. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of Customer travel if required.
Passports and Visas
It is Customer responsibility to ensure that Customer have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services and other government authorities. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be Customer sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. For further information regarding visa requirements, please contact the appropriate consulate.
Health
It is Customer responsibility to ensure that Customer are aware of any health requirements for Customer travel destinations and to ensure that Customer carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
Low Cost Airline
Low cost airline fares are very restrictive. Such airline may charge for all services Customer may request or charge for all changes due to schedule change or cancellation of flights. We will not be responsible for any operational or service issues with the airline, for such queries Customer may need to contact the airline directly. With low cost airlines Customer may have to collect Customer baggage and check in again during transit and may require visa to transit.
